Increase the internet speed, simple way

Here are few easy steps which will show you how to increase the internet speed:

- click Start, then Run, type "gpedit.msc" and press Enter or Ok
- then browse to Administrative Templates/Network/
- click QoS Packet Scheduler
- right click on Limit reservable badwidth, and choose Properties
- from the dialog box that appeared choose Enabled, and set Bandwidth limit (%) to 0.
- click Ok
- Restart computer

After restarting I couldn't ping any websites and obviously both IE and FF were non-functional. I had to put it back and restart again.

this tips is for xp pro right? what about home edition, do you have tip for this OS...? p/s: home edition cannot run gpedit.msc..
